Princess must between the ages of 7 to 15 and is not in high school. Queen must
be between the ages of 16 to 25 freshmen in high school or older. Exception only
if 2 compete, for example one will win Queen and one will be Princess.

Applications must furnish own horse and transportation during reign.

It is the responsibility of the Queen and Princess to keep herself neat, clean,
and well groomed at all times. Clothes must be clean, pressed and presentable and
must complete in Queen/Princess attire at each event, Meeting or appointment. Equipment
must be clean, presentable and in working order at all time. Horse must wear black
hoof polish for parades.

The queen and Princess will be at all scheduled appearances.

The Queen, Princess, and any chaperones will arrive no less than 1 hour unless other
wise stated prior to any rodeo, riding or parade event.

At all rodeo grand entry appearances the Queen and Princess must check in with Krista
at least 20 minutes prior to the grand entry.

The Queen and Princess will be mounted and warm up 15 minutes before performance.

It is the Queen and Princess to make sure the check in and receive their number
with parade staff on time.

The Queen and Princess is not mount up until fully dressed in court attire. No exceptions.

All scheduled appointments must be kept and will be in appropriate attire.

Both the Queen and the Princess must know how to ride a horse; we are not responsible
for girls who compete who do not know how to ride.

Participation in a non-scheduled event must be approved in advance by the Rodeo
Queen Coordinator

The Queen and Princess will be required to sell event tickets.

Absence from a scheduled event or 3 scheduled appointments without prior approval
may result in dismissal.

If a Queen cannot fulfill her reign, or upon dismissal, the runner-up from the tryout
will be asked to complete the reign. If there is no runner up the rodeo queen coordinators
and the Greenlee Co, fair and racing commission reserves the right to either appoint
a new Queen and or Princess, contract past Greenlee Co. fair and rodeo Queens and
Princesses until a reigning Queen or Princess is found, or forgo a Queen or Princess
for the reign.

Failure to comply with the stated Queen/ Princess rules of conduct and the Queen/
Princess guidelines may result in dismissal.
