Queen and Princess Rules of Conduct

  1. It is the duty and obligation of any Queen or Princess to portray the highest of moral standers and show the ideals of womanhood. Appearances and personality shall reflect being “on the job” at all times. The Queen and Princess must portray good sportsmanship to her court members and people she encounters at all times. And should set a example above reproach.

  2. The Queen or Princess is responsible for having her horse, pickup and trailer ready at all times. Dependence on other transportation for yourself and your horse is not acceptable.

  3. The horse should be shod, fit, groomed and ready to go at all times.

  4. Pregnancy or marriage during reign is cause for automatic dismissal.

  5. Any Queen or Princess under the age of 21 shall not consume alcohol or controlled substances prior to or during a scheduled appearance, nor while in official attire following appearance. This includes all tobacco products.

    If you are over the age of 21 you are not allowed to consume the products listed above before a scheduled appearance or while in official attire.

  6. The Queen and Princess must abide by all instruction given.

  7. Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in immediate forfeiture of the title. All items received from the competition. And must be received in good condition.

  8. All above is meet for the princess also. No exceptions.

  9. You are allowed to keep all items. You may keep the crown as long as we continue to receive donations for them.

This is meant to be a fun and good learning experience and hope you will join us this year.

Please keep the rules and guideline papers. So that way you have a copy. Only return Application paper and any papers with signatures on them. Thank you.

The competition is September 18, 2008 at 6 PM at the fairgrounds!!!!!
